The rooms were extremely clean and modern, providing a luxurious experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions in the area.- The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout our stay.
There was a lack of clarity regarding the balcony availability, as not all rooms had balconies as advertised. Construction work was ongoing during our stay, preventing us from opening the windows.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was absolutely phenomenal, with a wide range of options that were fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near a lovely park and close to tram 28, which made transportation into the city center very convenient.

The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and having a balcony added a special touch to our experience. Amazing breakfast room serving free breakfast and fruit & cake available throughout the day. Lovely friendly staff who ordered us a taxi to the airport. Close to a great local market and easy access walking or tram into the centre. Beautiful and spacious rooms, some with balconies. Lounge/breakfast room is bright and offers free fruit, biscuits, and cake all day. Great location for walking around the city. Helpful staff and nicely decorated interior. Metro station nearby for easy city exploration.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is relatively close to the metro station and tram 28. It is also near the Estrela church, offering a cultural attraction nearby. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, with a variety of tasty options such as yogurt with granola, scrambled eggs, bread, croissants. The interior of the hotel is classy and cool, with beautiful decor and a lovely garden with a balcony overlooking it.
The rooms are clairaudient and there can be noise disturbances from other guests in the corridors at night, which can affect the quality of sleep.
