The rooms were clean and modern, providing a luxurious experience. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions in the area.
There was a lack of clarity regarding the balcony availability, as not all rooms had balconies as advertised.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a wide range of options that were fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and provide excellent service. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was near a lovely park and close to tram 28, made transportation into the city center very convenient.

The hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and having a balcony added a special touch to our experience. The location of the hotel in a very convenient place made it easy for us to explore the city.

Amazing breakfast room serving free breakfast and fruit & cake available throughout the day. Lovely friendly staff who ordered us a taxi to the airport. Close to a great local market and easy access walking or tram into the centre. Beautiful and spacious rooms, some with balconies. Lounge/breakfast room is bright and offers free fruit, biscuits, and cake all day. Great location for walking around the city. Helpful staff and nicely decorated interior. Metro station nearby for easy city exploration.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is relatively close to the metro station and tram 28. It is also near the Estrela church, offering a cultural attraction nearby. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is good, with a variety of tasty options such as yogurt with granola, scrambled eggs, bread, croissants. The interior of the hotel is classy and cool, with beautiful decor and a lovely garden with a balcony overlooking it.
The rooms are clairaudient and there can be noise disturbances from other guests in the corridors at night, which can affect the quality of sleep.
